Having grown up in the area and the property management industry, Tarese had a front-row seat to the incredible growth and change Southern Utah has experienced over the years.
Tarese joined the Holiday Resort Realty & Management team in 2002 and became the company’s property manager in 2016. That same year, she also became a licensed real estate agent, bringing years of hands-on property experience into her work with buyers and sellers.
With more than two decades in property management and deep roots in St. George, Tarese offers a perspective that goes beyond simply knowing the market. She understands homes, neighborhoods, investment properties, and the realities of owning property because she works with them everyday.
Tarese believes real estate should feel personal, not transaction. She takes pride in being straightforward, approachable, and someone her clients can count on – whether they are buying their first home, selling a longtime property, or making their next investment.
