Kent has loved living in St. George since 1969 where he has been a realtor for over 30 years. He has experience selling the entire spectrum of real estate from small homes to large investment properties, and enjoys each category. He is often called by his clients as a “people person” and “extremely honest”. There is a quality of life offered in this area that few communities can match. The variety of recreational opportunities, cultural events, civic activities, scenic beauty and education in the area are just a few of the things that make satisfying his clients, and his job as a realtor, so rewarding. Kent was involved with the City of St. George in negotiating the purchase of land throughout the area to provide the current trail systems that are enjoyed by so many. He has been president of civic clubs, Dixie College (now University) Booster Club and has volunteered for the St. George Marathon since its beginning 37 years ago. He and his wife have directed the Starting Line Aid Station for the last 15 years and look forward each year to this world-class event. He has even run in the St. George Marathon four times. He loves walking with his wife on the variety of trails, hiking in Zion, attending productions at Tuacahn and supporting community events. Kent is also able to fulfill his passion for baseball by coaching at Dixie High School. He is a faithful member of his church where he now serves and has served in several leadership positions. He is the proud parent of 5 children and soon to be 15 grandchildren who he loves and enjoys.
