Charlotte Jones is an Associate Broker at Holiday Resort Realty. She has been active in working with buyers and sellers in residential real estate in 1981. Charlotte relocated her business from central California in 2003 and was the property manager for Holiday Resort Realty from 2004-2016. Charlotte likes to focus on the needs of her clients and has found it essential knowing the current market along with the changes in Washington County as a community. It has also been beneficial for Charlotte, being a property manager, to have the knowledge of the rental market for investors since St. George is growing so quickly.
